The Signature Plan is $147 per month or $1,470 per year, and includes unlimited everything, a private 1:1 onboarding session, a $20 monthly usage credit, unlimited team members, and two business accounts. The annual plan gets two months free plus a custom domain free for a year. Enterprise pricing is custom for agencies and multi-account businesses.

Your plan includes the platform, templates, support, and onboarding. Email and text messages are pay-as-you-go so you only pay for what you actually send: about $1 per 1,000 emails and about 4¢ per text segment. Your plan includes a $20 monthly credit toward that usage, which covers up to 20,000 emails or about 500 texts a month. Optional premium services like a business phone number are available if you want them.

No. Your monthly rate and plan terms are locked in at the price you sign up for. We will never raise your pricing or change the terms of your subscription; you're grandfathered in for the life of your plan. The only time your pricing changes is if you choose to upgrade or modify your plan yourself.

Every Signature Plan account receives a $20 credit each month, automatically applied toward pay-as-you-go email, texting, and premium features. For many members it covers a meaningful portion of their monthly usage. The credit does not roll over from month to month.

Signature gives you two sub-accounts on one shared subscription. Your $147/month plan and your usage credit are shared across both, but each sub-account is its own self-contained business hub with separate contacts, email lists, automations, client billing, and brand setup. Use the second one for a second business, a side project, or a client.

Yes. Most members come from a stack of separate tools or another all-in-one platform. Move to Firestarter is included with your plan: your onboarding session walks you through the platform, live tech hours five days a week walk you through each step of the move, and the migration guide gives you the order that keeps everything running. Or add White Glove Setup ($197, one-time) and the team connects your domain, email, calendar, payments, and social accounts and imports your contacts for you.

You can cancel anytime from inside your account. There are no refunds, because you get immediate access to the platform, templates, trainings, and the team the moment you join. Monthly is the most flexible: cancel and you simply aren't billed again. Annual can be canceled too, but the year you've paid for isn't refunded.

Email is billed at $0.001 per email, or $1 for every 1,000 sent. Text messages are billed per 160-character segment at about 4¢. The built-in AI tools are optional and billed at $10.55 per 1,000,000 tokens (roughly 750,000 words: enough to draft hundreds of emails or dozens of long-form posts) from a wallet you control and top up whenever you like. Nothing runs without funds you've added, and you only ever pay for what you use.

Email is billed by what you send: $0.001 per email, or $1 for every 1,000 sent. There is no contact-count tier. Your plan includes a $20 credit every month, which covers up to 20,000 emails before any usage is billed. Texts are about $0.04 per 160-character segment and draw from the same credit.

Nothing extra unless you send more than 20,000 emails in a month. Five thousand contacts emailed four times is 20,000 emails, which the monthly credit covers. Eight sends a month would be 40,000 emails, about $40, minus the $20 credit, so about $20.

Because they change, they vary by tier and promotion, and we'd rather be exact about ours than approximately right about theirs. Most email tools price by how many contacts you store, some cap sends at a multiple of your contact count, and a few charge a flat rate. Put your current bill in the calculator and compare it to a real number.

It applies to any pay-as-you-go usage: email, text messages, and optional premium features. It does not roll over month to month.
